I needed to read your experience of grief.
I am my 95 yr old mother’s caregiver. As she nears the end of this physical, (what a joyous gift it is) I try to do whatever I can to help her. I am the ear that listens. She, like many of her generation, kept emotions locked tight. I try to make space for her to let go. Blessings
