The Journey is the How of Learning and Healing and GROWING!!! My Journey was fraught with debilitating ( physical & emotional ) challenges. I thought for many years I had completely Lost my own Soul. That it had been crushed by my traumas. It took me 50 years before I even began to pull my head out of my backside and my pity parties. My attitude of Gratitude was one of the toughest things to truly embrace. But once I REALLY felt…and recognized that Gratitude needs be for EVERY moment whether painful or enjoyable it Really GREW and I have actually found Peace and JOY!!! I Embrace every moment now and SEE ( or at the very least Look for) the Lessons and Blessings from them all!!!
